Joe Vitale Roller Coaster Weekend Rock Music CD Review
Not sure what's happening with me on this one, but it seems like the more I listen to it, the better Roller Coaster Weekend gets. Roller Coaster Weekend simply stated is one of Joe Vitale's best CDs to date.
It's a rare day indeed that I get a CD from an artist that I can truthfully say does not have a bad track in the bunch. I'm more than happy to announce that's exactly what I must say about this one. There simply isn't a bad one in the bunch. No fillers here at all.
One of the nicer things about a CD like this is with this level of talent even if Rock isn't your favorite genre you still can't help but appreciate the greatness of the artist.
I'm of the opinion that Roller Coaster Weekend is certainly Joe Vitale's best work in a few years. A totally enjoyable CD and an outstanding release. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up because it's a collection that even the casual Rock fan can appreciate and enjoy.
While the entire CD is outstanding some of my favorites are track 4 - Take A Chance On Love, track 7 - Feeling's Gone Away, and track 11 - Step On You
My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Roller Coaster Weekend. Wow!

Toyota Recall Lawyer: Toyota Tacoma Recalled 3 Times in 4 Years!
As recently as July 15, 2005 Toyota announced a recall in their Tacoma series of trucks. This most recent recall addresses a manufacturing flaw in the front suspension lower ball joint. Many of these ball joints were scratched during manufacturing, which will cause wear and looseness, making it difficult to steer the trucks. In extreme cases, the lower ball joint may separate from the knuckle, causing the Toyota truck or SUV to veer out of control. If a driver loses control of his truck on a road or highway, a crash is almost inevitable. Toyota will pay for dealers to replace these defective joints. This is just the most recent in a long line of recalls involving Toyota Tacomas and other Toyota trucks and SUV's.
In February of 2005, Toyota announced that a recall of at least 22,228 Toyota Tacoma trucks equipped with automatic transmission. The parking brake pedal cable on these vehicles was not secured tightly enough, causing it to loosen and come off. Toyota declares that this defect will "reduce the effectiveness of the parking brake", but what they mean is that the parking brake will stop working. If the transmission is not placed into park or should the car start to slide down a hill, the parking brake will be ineffective and the vehicle will roll freely down the hill. Though the recall was announced in February, owners cannot do anything until March, when Toyota will allow them to take the vehicles in for inspection. If you own a Toyota Tacoma with automatic transmission, remember not to leave your child in the back seat while the car is parked, at least until you have the parking break checked out.
Toyota Motor Corp. also recently recalled 123,360 Tacoma pickup trucks model years 2001-2003. These Toyota Tacoma double-cab pickups suffered from a problem with the fuel filler pipe hose. Part of the body of the pickup truck would damage the hose during a crash situation, causing fuel to leak into the engine and increasing the risk of crash fire.
As you can see, Toyota Tacomas have suffered many defects in the past few years that require immediate attention. If you or a loved one own a Toyota Tacoma that was released between 2001 and 2005, make sure they have a mechanic check out these recall problems. How to Drywall
Dry walling a home is not an easy task, but with the right tips and hints it is a job that you can do without the help of a professional. First of all, get the right tools, such as a putty knife, a tray, sandpaper, joint putty, a scraper, a hammer, paint, thinner, patches, plaster, etc. Depending on the size of the room, you may need more items.
You need the sandpaper because the first step in dry walling is to sand down the walls to remove any lumpy areas. Sand until you are down to clear white, then wipe down the walls to remove any dust and sand.
If there are any holes in the wall, you will have to fill them with plaster. Use the putty trowel and the scraper to apply joint filler; larger holes may require a patch and filler. This may have to be done in layers, letting the previous filler dry and sanding between layers.
Make sure the wall has been sanded, smoothed out and then washed down, to make sure all dust is removed. Then the wall has to be thoroughly dry before the dry walling can be done. Make sure you follow each step carefully and do not move onto the next step until you have a clean, dry, smooth wall.
Once the wall has been dry walled, you can paint. Choosing the right paint and brushes will also make this job easier. Paint all of the bases and edges before you roll the middle parts. Make sure the paint is thoroughly dry and then touch up where necessary. Make sure this is dry before you put the furniture back and hang curtains.
As you can see, this is not a difficult job, it just takes time to do it right.
If the walls in your home are really deteriorated, dry walling and painting may not be the solution. You don't want to cover up seriously damaged walls with a bit of plaster that is just outer dressing. You may have to look into more permanent solutions such as new lining and covering, etc.
But if you can do a repair, rather than entirely rebuilding a wall, a little plaster and the right tools and materials can solve your problems. But if the area is seriously rotted, you may need to consider hiring a professional to do the repair.
If you see that you are starting to have problems with the walls, do your repairs now instead of waiting until the problem becomes so bad that you do need a professional to come in. Repairs are a lot cheaper than a complete replacement.
If you apply Spackle to a worn or busted area, sand the area, and then use a scraper to remove any peeling plaster, paint of loose plaster. When the Spackle is dry, sand again and add a second coat to cover the damaged area. Once again, sand and prime the area you just patched and you are ready to paint.
